Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days excluding weekends and bank holidays, and orders placed after daily cut‑off may roll to the next business day.

We ship across the UK and to select international countries shown at checkout, and any restrictions will be noted on the product page or at checkout. 
• Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery windows are presented at checkout based on service level, and actual times may vary due to carrier delays or customs for international orders. 
• Shipping methods and rates
Standard and expedited options are offered where available,
and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service. 
• Free shipping thresholds
From time to time we may offer free shipping above a stated cart value, and any active threshold will be clearly displayed on site and at checkout. 
Order tracking
All shipped orders receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor delivery progress. 
• Address changes
If you need to update your address after ordering, contact support@eliteswing.tools immediately as changes may not be possible once processing begins. 
• Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
Please report missing, late, or damaged shipments to support@eliteswing.tools with your order number and photos where applicable so we can investigate with the carrier. 
• International duties and taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by local authorities, and these are not included at checkout unless explicitly stated. 
• Pre‑orders and backorders
If an item is a pre‑order or backorder, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page and order confirmations.
