Return Policy

• Return window
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for most items; please start by contacting support@eliteswing.tools with your order number. 
• Condition of items
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging with all components and tags, and in resalable condition unless the item was received damaged or defective. 
• Exceptions and non‑returnable items
Final sale items, personalized goods, and items marked non‑returnable on the product page are not eligible for return unless faulty under consumer law. 
• Refunds, exchanges, and store credit
Upon receipt and inspection, approved returns can be refunded to the original payment method, exchanged for another item, or issued as store credit based on your preference and stock availability. 
• Return shipping costs
If the return is due to change of mind or selection error, return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility; if due to defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover reasonable return shipping. 
• How to start a return
Email support@eliteswing.tools with photos if the item is damaged or defective, and you will receive instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label or return address. 
• Processing time for refunds
Once the return is received and approved, refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days, and your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit. 
• Exchanges availability
If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit instead and notify you of expected restock timing if available. 
• Damaged or defective items
Please report defects or damage within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly through replacement, exchange, or refund. 
• Return address and instructions
Return instructions will be provided case‑by‑case to ensure tracking and proper handling, and unauthorized returns may not be accepted. 
• Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in your country or region.
